Participants are kindly requested to make their own accommodation arrangements (i.e. hotel reservations).
The participation fee for the events you registered for (see: Registrations) excludes any accommodation and associated costs. Here we provide some suggestions/recommendations for accommodation with details of negotiated rates, deadlines for guaranteed bookings and the registration process.
You must settle the dues/bills directly with the hotel management pertain to your stay, i.e. rooms and other charges (laundry, room service, bar bills, telephone calls etc.).
Neither ICEW&C organizers, IfaS, nor Trier University of Applied Sciences is liable or responsible for any of the costs incurred.
